Hawley is awful. He asks a question, then cuts the person off before they can answer. If the person being grilled says 'yes' to a question, Hawley immediately says "That's a no." Hawley doesn't allow the person being questioned to speak. He is slime in human form.

He would shout a question, and when the lady was 2 or 3 words into a response, he would shout again and cut her off. Even when she said 'yes' ...Hawley didn't like that, so he said "I'll take that as a no." Despicable man.
