Excellent sermon, brother Jim! It was educational & edifying. I listened carefully to the whole thing, and plan to give it a 2nd listen, while taking notes. Thank you for recording it and posting it for others.

Every religious drunkard tries to use the Bible to justify their drunkeness.

@@jimgilles Yup. I have seen it firsthand, both as a drunken sinner myself and now as a preacher of repentance toward God. I am not nearly as experienced as you, but in April of 2018, I tried street-preaching for the first time by joining in with two other brothers from the St. Louis area who had already been doing it for a number of years. Since then, we have been mostly been weekend warriors (preaching during the evening on Friday or Saturday nights). But we have also gone to some college campuses during the day (mid-week)--although the Covid pandemic put a damper on that venture for a time. This coming Saturday, we are going to preach at the St. Louis Mardi Gras. Do you happen to know of any other open-air preachers from the St. Louis area who are NOT Calvinists? Just curious. We always welcome teaming up with other like-minded brothers.
