- We have arrived in Xsan Thailand which is the north east in a city called Udon Thani. Not to many tourists make it here most expats are foreigners who are married to Thai people. Isan is nit as easy to travel in as other parts of Thailand as its not so touristy so its not as easy to order food as most things will just be in Thai and you can also face languages difficulties but it is a beautiful place and the Thai people are always so kind and smiling so it makes it a lot easier. Here is my Filipina girlfriends first experience in Isan

8:11 I have seen the lake develop over the last 35 years. Good cheap eateries for families at this southern part ( this is the area where state officials lived in provided accomodation) The state hospital is just nearby. Private hospital other side.

Broccoli shops 😂. Well, majority of Thai people don’t like broccoli, that’s why you don’t see it outside of touristy areas. Oh and the newspapers were not free. That was the newsstand.

There’s great coffee next to your hotel at a place named DOSE.
You guys are staying on the outskirts of the city centre.
I suggest heading to UD town around 6pm start at Villa Market and walk down to the railway station it’s a Great night market.
The lake you visited has hire bikes also.

Tom and Lay i have a question for you. I have Massive food allergies mainly to spice. I can't even pass an Indian restaurant and not get sick to my stomach. I heard all Thailand food is 100% spicy as well which means I can't even visit the country. Is this true, is it all spice and the smell is in the air?
