I am amazed with all the critical msgs. If you don't like what she says why waste your time writing the rude comments? Move on to something you believe in. Spend your time doing something that makes you happy! It's easier.

Sadly, because media panders to the lowest common denominator, instead of elevating our culture the way it could, our culture is mean and judgemental and it just turns too many people into trolls...
We would benefit from a new type of leadership from police to president
      Peace:)

Thank you, Vimala, I just finished reading your 'Your Handwriting Can Change Your Life' book and started to adopt your handwriting. The book is inspiring, really worth reading!!!

I look forward to utilizing this awareness, days ago I sensed that my handwriting needed to change and become more consistent.

Fantastic Interviewer - I love Vimala's work, I changed my handwriting with her book (not the one she mentions) and yes, my life changed.
That was 2 years ago and from having terrible handwriting, I get complimented all the time on my new handwriting.
Now got the book she mentions and I will be going through that as well.
NEVER will I change my handwriting back to anything OTHER than Vimala's system, it truly does affect how you are and I totally 100% agree with ALL she says re spirituality.

I changed my life by changing my handwriting
I had issues with the way some letters some people wrote them, big issues
So I decided it was a hang up I didn’t want and I started to write just those ways
Changed so much in my life :)

I read this book many years ago and did change my handwriting (not because it was bad. I just wanted to improve my life). I can't remember if it gave me any major positive changes in my life but now, decades later, I'm seeking out the book again. This time I'll change my handwriting and monitor the life changes. Things HAVE to improve for me...

I want to change my handwriting for myself. My writing often gets compared to "chicken scratch" but apparently, I couldn't help it. It runs in the family, I swear. But I'm going to get prettier writing god willing!

The American Psychological Association and the British Psychological Society have discredited Graphology because many research studies in psychology have not found support for handwriting characteristics being related to personality or behavioral characteristics. Changing handwriting in order to change personality, graphotherapy, is likewise rejected as unscientific by psychology in the U.S. No psychology department in U.S. universities offers courses much less degrees in Graphology.

    • @richardbutler9217
      @richardbutler9217 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@Ina Bu the scientific community, the American Psychological Association, the British Psychological Society have declared Graphology and graphotherapy as pseudoscience with no scientific credibility along with astrology, Phrenology, Parapsychology, Freudian theory and Physiognomy. Self deception by both the pseudoscience performer and an uncritical audience is the basis common to the pseudosciences.

kind of creepy that its my first time seeing this alphabet but i've been writing like most of these letters for years ( the only ones I don't do like above is capital L for me is more loopy, so is Q, lower k and I like a dramatic capital F and curvy Xxs) and people always thought i'm trying to be fancy. especially the bottom loops on the S i always do that and been questioned on it. its never to be special or fancy it just looks prettier to me and it makes me happy when it comes out the way i like it...don't know how my life has been affected by it though

Hmmm, interesting, my alphabet is very similar to hers (except the J, L, small t, and Z). I was basically self taught since I moved from the US at the crucial stage of learning cursive. The foreign country was way ahead of what I had learned, so I made it up; always had this quasi-odd style. Yet with a slight more slant.

But do we have to change for a specific handwriting or can we create a brand new handwriting of our own? What are the benefits about changing it? How about personality, identity....?

your handwriting is linked to your muscle movement. You've been using your handwriting for YEARS so your muscles in your hand have gotten used to those movements. Therefore, you have gotten used to those.

Your letterforms are very nice. The "g" forms leave much to be desired however. My first name starts with "g" and I gotta say those forms are rather lackluster as compared to the others. The high crossed "t" is NOT a good idea! It is unbalanced and distracts from the flow of the positive and negative space of the connected letters. Don't sham ppl either, there's no magic or metaphysics going on here. Ppl sit down to learn a new hand and they're relaxing, that's all that's happening.

I don't agree with the premise of the argument that the way you write has an influence on the way you think. For instance, the physical act of crossing a 't' at the top doesn't make logical sense for becoming a visionary.

Seems to me you've never had to make a decision in the next 3-5 seconds that will cost you millions or make you millions. In such moments most people don't give a sht about their handwriting. It's only people who don't have anything to do all day that will spend time on their writing. Anyway, most important things such as reports, documentation, presentations etc are typed. Who writes these days?
