Happy New Year Peggy. Lord you've made me think of my mom. She's the only one that liked them. As she aged and didn't cook as much she asked me to make her some. And I'm here to tell you I have not made any since. I couldn't find any that were already peeled. But what I want to say is under her direction I cooked them and enjoyed watching her and her sister enjoy them. She said they were better than hers. To my surprise I still remember how she told me to make them. In the kitchen you remind me so much of her. God Bless Thanks for your videos.
