    Ingredients

    120 ml vinegar 9%
    1 teaspoon salt

    garlic ,1 bunch of parsley
    We clean the peppers with water, we remove the stems, in each pepper we add 1 teaspoon of croup and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Arrange the red peppers in the pan and put them in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, turn the red peppers on the other side and cook them for another 5 minutes. Then remove from the oven and fold into jars. Sprinkle a little salt on your fingers, carrots, garlic, parsley and fill the jar. Finally, add the remaining vinegar and salt, close it well and vacuum them by boiling them for 10-15 minutes. Then keep them in a cool place.
