Did Caitlin Clark stick her tongue out one time and that's the only picture they ever use of her, or does she constantly walk around with her tongue hanging out of her mouth, like that dog from Deadpool? Dogpool.

I'm a huge fan of CC and can't believe I am invested in the damn WNBA, but here we are. You ask how people can say CC is not an MVP. Well, two turnovers that turn into opposition points in the last minute of a barn burner is one issue detractors would be all over. Haters gonna hate and there is always something to cling to when that is your angle... Helluva game, helluva win and a great exclamation point on an incredible rookie regular season and the beginning of something real for the Fever...

This was the best game yet. Both teams showed great skill and overall sportsmanship. The back forth back forth was amazing. Lexie (a favorite of mine) did not garner many points but she showed how fierce she can be on defense! Arika was a scary joy to watch. She is like a mix of Clark and Mitchell. Seeing Caitlin just casually doing her thing is always a real treat. Love that Clark and Boston still have that string connecting them and that Mitchell's shooting is a treat to see. Up to maybe 3 mo0nhs ago I never saw a WNBA game and had no interest. Now, initially thanks to Caitlin and then by watching more and more, I have a sub to WNBA and can watch these without commercials and when I get home from work! I'm a 73 years old codger but this s has put a real spring in my step and a smile on my face!

I don't know about anybody else but I sure love the way when caitlin Clark, has a record to tie or break, she does it in style, she is different. They founder or she would have broke this one with another long 3 like she tied it with. Look how she broke the assist record and then the WNBA changed the numbers around so nobody could see that incredible record a thousand times a day On highlight films everywhere. It's truly mind boggling the hate against this girl. Nothing can stop what is coming though if this girl stays on the right side of light and dark. God always wins in the end.

    Caitlin Clark is 2024 ROTY & 2024 MVP!❤.
    AFTER 39 Games, Caitlin's Stats:
    Point Average Per Game: 38.07❤
Total Points Produced: 1,484.8 (ACHIEVED After 28 Games)❤
% of Total Points Produced per Total Team Points: 44.89%❤
MVP = MOST VALUABLE PLAYER NOT BEST but can be. Caitlin leads the league in TOTAL POINTS PRODUCED, which is the BEST metric that INDICATES the VALUE of a player to her TEAM.
SINCE MID-JUNE, Caitlin & the Fever have been RANKED #1 OFFENSIVE team.
Also, in stats for best player, which can be extended to MVP, is there any way to record the amount of blitzing Caitlin has had to endure this season, which also happens to be her ROOKIE season? How much Caitlin has grown in only 4 months, her ROOKIE season in the wnba, is nothing short of AMAZING. What is an even bigger WONDER is how much, through Caitlin's influence, the Fever Team has IMPROVED!❤
One more thing to consider for MVP, why is Caitlin #1 on the scouting reports and NOT A'ja? Hmmmmm
NOTE: Caitlin & the Fever Team RELY SOLELY on their TALENT to WIN Games. The Aces Team, in CONTRAST, EMPLOY the HELP of BIASED OFFICIATING to WIN their games.😮
    Caitlin Clark is 2024 ROTY & 2024 MVP.❤.

2:20 - For the first quarter the Wings were covering Caitlin Clark full court. You can see Clark hang back and Lexie move to the corner forcing a defender to chase. When you're being covered and you're not selfish, you pull the defenders away to create bigger openings for easy buckets.
It makes sense that Lexie is hanging back to prevent Arike from getting a fast break but Caitlin? No. She's leading a defender away from the action.

CC earned her success by having great parents who fostered strong values.
Over the years her teammates and coaches, taught, supported and helped her achieve her life goals.
Finally, CC you rose above the hype, focused on what you needed to do, and achieved your dream.

Isiah Thomas said one thing the Celtics taught them is to *always* play a full [48] minutes*. Even if, as in this case, you come up short, always fvcking do it. These games are such a joy to watch.
*This was after Larry did a last second steal for a win in the finals.

The Fever play real basketball. For all her skills, she uses pace to find her teammates, which boosts their confidence and builds relationships. Then there’s everything else. The pace, worth mentioning again, her vision, her passing magic, her ability to penetrate the lane and finish or find the open man, the logo threes, the passion and attitude, she’s the player of the year in my opinion. Her traits changed a whole team, rejuvenated talented players tired of losing and questioning their worth. I don’t know how you put a value on that.

Hands down the most exciting player in the WNBA right now. Yes A’ja’s points and defense are insanely impressive and she’s a lock for MVP, but the moves that Caitlin pulls off and pulls off consistently are in another world compared to the rest of the league. She’s a floater and a Eurostep away from being MVP every year she plays.

After the Wings game, CC has 329 assists with a game to go. Alyssa Thomas is playing like she's trying to catch up - she had ten assists tonight - but probably too little too late. She'd need 19 in her final game to tie CC

Does it count because she didn't do it in the same amount of time? Oh wait, much earlier?

Indiana Fever are into the Playoffs for the 1st time since 2016. They have had a fortunate run of wins against mid to lower teams in the league. When it comes to beating NY Liberty, Connecticut Suns, Seattle Storm, Minnesota Lynx, and Las Vegas Aces it only accounts for 4 of the Fevers wins (20 W -19 L) and had not beaten the Aces at all this season. Therefore, when it comes to the Top 5 Teams, Indiana Fever finds themselves in the hole. This shows that Caitlin Clark is unable to prevail against tougher opponents or as a team. However, these huge and significant losses the Fever has against the league’s top teams occurred early in the season or before the Olympics in Paris. Now the Fever is the 6th seed in the WNBA 2024 Playoffs, can the Fever win the 1st round against the #3 seed Connecticut Suns as the Fever have a 28.125% chance of winning the 1st round.(best of 3 games). In the regular season, the Sun's won the first 3 of 4 games as the Fever took the 4th and final game winning 84 to 80 which is rather a close game. A miracle has to happen for the Fever to proceed beyond the 1st Playoff Round. As mentioned only 4 wins against the Top 5 WNBA teams all season long. (Won 4 of 19 games) a dismal 21%.

There is a LOT of traveling in the WNBA... They all do it. CC will pivot, step, do a little hop to set her shot, then shoot.
So... I think its just relaxed rules. and i'm actually all for it, they can tighten up the rules as the play gets more advanced (over the next years)

@ratsofatso5525 dude.. I have a graphic example I like to use when talking about the WNBA, but since TH-cam is out of control with censoring I can't say it properly. (Imagine it's funnier and more gross.)
Not even a year ago you could have asked ANY group of men... would you rather watch a WNBA game? Or watch a hobo sniff his own ** cheese.
EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. is going for the hobo cheese. If that's not what you remember it being like? It just means you either weren't paying attention, or you are so lame you convinced yourself otherwise for the clout of being an early adopter.
No one cared. The fact the league is.. interesting now... is low key the craziest thing in sports that I've ever seen. This is like 4 months in.. 5? Whatever.. so... having strong, opinionated takes on how the rules need to change comes off as disingenuous at best.
... it's like.. the easiest thing in the world to not care/watch/comment.

I hope Austin gets a wnba team. They still allow low post play which is dead in the NBA. Love the battles for position I miss in the NBA. Somehow the NBA is more boring than the WNBA at least to me... maybe because the low number if teams keeps the action and ability high
