The prices in the UK and EU are abnormal... If Mesa decides that the prices are the same as in the USA, I will buy some model. I saved up money to buy a JP2C and thought that this day would never come, but when I saw the prices, I thought it was some joke. Why does Mesa think that he can humiliate me in this way. JP2C in the USA costs 3700e. It is more worthwhile for me to go to the USA and buy this model there than to pay for it here. Whoever tells me that the prices cannot be the same, look at the prices of SPLAWN amps you will see that there is a small difference in the price between the USA and the EU/UK
Mesa, good luck with the sale, but I'll jump ahead and spend the money where I'm respected both as a customer and as a musician. This disrespect is below any level. Whoever is crazy to spend money and pay these prices, I wish you good luck as well.

Bad corporate deals and greed. If one takes a look at many guitar brands you get equal prices everywhere.

How much higher are EU prices when you back out the 25% or so VAT? You also need to add sales tax to the US proves as this is not included (which is around 8-10% in most places). I’d be curious how the proves compare after making these adjustments. I’d expect the difference at that point would be down to shipping cost and distribution/support cost in EU.

The price of the Mesa JP2C in the USA is 3600 dollars, which is 3350 euros
Mesa JP2C in Germany is 5000e
Mesa JP2C in England is 4400 pounds which is 5200 euros
If I deduct VAT, about 10%, from the American price of 3350 in euros, and pay for the plane ticket in both directions for about 700e and pay VAT in Germany, it costs less again
      3350 - 10% --- about 3000 euros
      3000 + VAT in Germany 19%---about 3600 euros
      3600 euros + 700 flight
      all total 4300 euros

Mesa jp2c in America is 3600 dollars, which is 3350 euros
Mesa jp2c in Germany is 5000 euros
Mesa jp2c in England is €5,200 or £4,400
If I deduct VAT of about 10% from the American price, I get about 3000e
and I pay that VAT when I arrive in Germany, which is 19%, I get about 3600e
and when I pay about 700e for the flight in both directions, I get a price of about 4300 euros
It's simple math.....that no one in Mesa seems to understand
There are restrictions in the sense that you cannot order from the EU because they direct you to an EU distributor, but there are also shortcuts where someone from USA can bring it to you and that I pay all the obligations in my country and that everything costs much less.
Even if I don't get that deduction of 10% VAT from the American price, it is worth going to the USA, buying jp2c and regularly bringing it into the country and paying all the obligations in my country...
I repeat once again...this is such a humiliation for all customers outside the USA that I can't even think of paying this price

VAT is something that has to be paid.. in the USA it is about 10%, in Germany it is 19%. The rule says that the export price is calculated without VAT from the country where the goods come from and VAT is paid in the country where it arrives. MESA as a company all export products are exempt from paying VAT in the USA, so we cannot calculate prices in the EU without VAT
So when we compare prices in the USA and the EU, they must include VAT
3350 euros in the USA with VAT is much less than 5000 euros in Germany with VAT. The difference in VAT between the USA and Germany is about 10% and that is an acceptable difference in price, and even then I think that a company like MESA should go for a lower profit and enable at least an approximate price everywhere in the world
