Love the intro! Data doll has always been fun and I’ve been surprised how strong she can be with recent additions… I agree, the loss of the pistol will be back breaking… Maybe it’ll get reinstated in some form like the Sabers??
When they originally announced that weapons would LL with their heroes I was saying this about Data Doll. I did figure they'd have enough time to make her a weapon though but here we are.
the real kicker. is that they mentioned that Dash IO was originally supposed to be adult Data-doll. but the dev team was afraid of Micro-Processor in CC. so they decided to not name her data doll. (and instead just incorporated it into the lore) So now no CC Data doll and no Data doll spec weapon. (imagine a world where Data-doll could run symbiosis shot)
My hope is that Zen is as busted as he is being rumored and absorbs all the oxygen in the room allowing Dash to survive this season. Thus letting us keep the pistol until something new can come out.
If they reassign weapons I wish they give her symbiosis shot. Now that would send her right over the edge. And it wouldn't be outlandish since she merged with Dash in the lore and that DashIO was originally intended to be data doll, but was too over powered as an adult hero
I think weapons tied to heroes hitting LL is a bad play. Really really dumb. If they don’t want Rosetta being still in the game, just say “will be banned when briar hits LL”

I've already prepared myself with a Talishar build, unfortunately.

Like everything, has advantages and disadvantages. I believe they will start to skew more towards spec weapons for non-talent weapons.
