I think a lot of this hinges on having teammates who know how to take advantage of enemies using their resources fighting you and who can turn the battle. Or an early game snowball against a non-control mage in mid where you can roam to set up wins.
I've tried it and it can be strong, but feels risky in that so much depends on teammates taking advantage of Singed's strength amplification over the sheer direct value.
The power of picks like this lie in getting your team fed, if you’re ADC is 15/5 at 20 minutes they’d have to be turn off their monitor to lose at that point

Small singed thing. You can auto mid fling. Helps with early game fights. E - attack move - proffit.
How do you go negative in debt every time? Is that a rune?
I think that locket is a much better option if you're going a support item.
Even in very long games the dmg amp from evenshroud always ends up being a middling amount where as you can ramp up a large amount of ally shielding through locket.

Evenshroud isn't technically a support item any more than it is tank item, just good item on aoe teamfighting bruiser singed. Same way items like abyssal mask / frozen heart are exceptionally good on him (old dmg amp passive on abyssal imo even better)
As a Singed OTP, this is incorrect. The reason is not just that the Mythic Passive is much more useful for Singed (+5 Resistances for you/legendary vs. +2 Resistances for team/legendary), but because Singed's goal in teamfights is not to be near your team, but instead to be running into the entire enemy team. The damage increase ends up being applied to every champion you W or E for the entire time period, whether or not you are right next to them. So, as you engage and your team follows up, the target is taking +10% damage while you go get the rest of them that try to flee.

Check the damage amp value after a long game and it really is not that big of an amount.
Even in aram where you are teamfighting perma, The dmg amp never reaches a significant amount.
@@TheXstraNinja You may not know that it only shows *your* damage amp. It doesn't account for your damage amp dealt by *teammates*. Odds are, your teammates combined are doing about 3x the damage that you do combined, so multiply Evenshroud damage by (3x+1x) to estimate how much it actually amped overall.

(I haven't finished watching the video yet but since you've said it a few times: singed ulti applies grevious wounds, so unless in very rare cases, buying antiheal is a bit of a waste)

Also your W procs evenshroud which is why it's so good. I'm pretty sure if you knew that and threw it at them more often for it to proc, you'd get better numbers on the amplified dmg
And Hexflash is for proxying with singed, so you could probably swap it out for stopwatch

5:09 That fling was kinda troll since she was lvl 6, you were lvl 5. With lvl 6 you would've definitely killed. Altho it's debatable if you'd have the same opportunity, regardless taking that fight without ult was unwise.

I think the Evenshroud is affected by Rylais as well, so perma increased damage. Kinda nuts. So not only goo or fling.
Pretty sure it's not from rylais or other slows. But yeah fling and grounded both apply it.

I havent run into any actual singed players in mid, just people who see the winrate and wanna give it a shot, so i really dont get why it's doing *this* well. How the hell do u think it got to such a ridiculous winrate??
Probably exactly that. Since there aren't many Singed players, there aren't many who know the matchup, or how to play against him in team fights. Rule #1 to League of Legends is "Don't chase Singed", and yet every single time Singed is played, someone tries to chase him.
