Here it is! Mets comeback vs Milwaukee! Someone suggested I add the MIL home runs for a better presentation and I thought it was a good idea! WHSQ 880 AM Away Feed: Howie Rose & Keith Raad: 0:00 - 11:58 WTMJ 620 AM Home Feed: Bob Uecker & Lane Grindle: 11:58 - 21:20 WINS 92.3 FM Away (sp) Feed: Max Perez Jimenez & Johnny Trujillo: 21:20 - 24:47
The 9th inning was as tense and riveting as any I've seen in a while. But Uecker sounded out of it. You could drive a tractor trailer between his words and sentences.
I am still in disbelief at this comeback. I used to dream of Alonso coming through in the playoffs. And to witness it at the watch party at Citi Field is a memory I am going to cherish forever. Can't wait to go back to work at the Coke Corner this Tuesday.
I'm still in Dreamland after last night they changed the narrative. Hearing both Howie and Bob is Like listening to the past of Great moments they are seen
Howie Rose's call on Pete's home run wow chills and the emotions in theb spanish crew they're definitely Mets fans meaning that they didn't just take the job for the money they also love the Mets
Teams like this become legends in baseball. Legendary teams like the Yankees, Dodgers, and Cincinnati, which started a dynasty. They became one of the greatest teams in history at that time. This is one of those teams. They never give up, even when things look bleak. Now, nobody wants to play against a team like the Mets. There is a emergence of a great team every time they enter the playing field, and even more so, when things look threatening. They unite as one, for glory.
The problem with pitching by committee rather than having a dominant starter going nine, is that there is always a chance that one of the kinks in the armor gives up runs and loses the game for you. The Mets have a productive batting order, in that they put the ball in play. Contrast the Mets multiple comebacks this season and the heart that they shown, with the inability of the Yankees to over-come deficits all season, being shut down and out by every decent pitcher, and once behind in a game going quietly, but being the front runner, able to win only when ahead in games with every batter in the line-up striking out at least 26% of their at bats, Judge striking out an incredible 40% of his at bats. The Mets do not have the generation hitters in Soto (not yet) or Judge, but they have a better line-up top to bottom than the Yankees because all their hitters make contact, advance runners, and several a pretty good situational hitters. They manufacture runs, rather than scoring only when someone hits a home-run. That is what makes them dangerous in the post-season, and why the Yankees have failed post-season after post-season over the past 15 years. Why the Milwaukee manager allowed Williams to remain in the game once he gave up that home-run is ridiculous.

Thanks for these! The first thing I said to my wife after Alonso’s HR was I can’t wait to hear the Spanish language call. 😂
😂😂😂
It was good lol

Was there too. Was the craziest time I've had at Citi Field and it wasn't even an actual game there !
😮 Congratulations! Yah Met Fan deserves this. Hope yah win it all 🏆 ⚾
It’s why we’re Mets fans! 🎉
I'm still in Dreamland after last night they changed the narrative.

I,m a big Mets fan and this by far has been one of the most unbelievable game and for Pete sign him!😊
Howie Rose's call on Pete's home run wow chills and the emotions in theb spanish crew they're definitely Mets fans meaning that they didn't just take the job for the money they also love the Mets
Rose and Pete in the same comment. Bud Harrelson is turning.

Lol you can hear a guy in the crowd when winker scores "you're an asshole, you're the biggest asshole in baseball". 1986 vibes
It’s good to see Edwin Diaz not celebrating anymore by jumping up and down
THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS!!!
Well like the great Bob Uecker once said they’ll blow it in the 9th
Let’s go Mets !!!!!!!
Got to love that winker pick up by the way
Poor Ueck... felt like his soul left his body.
He's probably called his last ever Brewers playoff game.
boo hoo
Incredible Mets. OMG.
We are doing it again Dad wish you were here ! Bring on Philly !
Dad’s watching, ya gotta believe. 😱 OMG
God bless and rest his soul🙏. LGM
Shoutout to @coinboynyc for the idea to include the Milwaukee HR's.
Just makes the defining moment that much sweeter! Good call!
Glad to be of service.
The 1986 World Series game 6 is the best game by far, but this game comes in second.
Rangers suck
Game 6 Nlcs of that year is better.
Winker must have been so happy that his biggest fan was there to celebrate his big moment with him 6:55
Howie rose is an absolute treasure
😂Bruno Samartino😊!!! Nice , i wonder how many people younger than myself know who he was ?
Was thinking the same thing. Sometimes, dating oneself is a good thing.
AMAZING , AMAZING , AMAZING !!! ....sound familiar ?😊
Nice to listen to some all time great radio broadcasters. As a Mets fan, I almost feel sorry for Ueke.
I'm still shaking, but starting to believe.
You’re the biggest…in baseball!!! Hahahahahah legendary night!
Feel sorry for Milwaukee but cool for the Mets.
Unbelievable.
Howie made this moment even better!
Sorry Brewers but you would have been swept by the Phillies, we have a chance. LFGM😂
Kudos to the Brewers. Small market team, should be proud.
Knock on wood🙏
Could just picture Uecker muting the mic after the HR saying “you gotta be fucking kidding me”.
The Spanish call of Pete Alonzo’s HR sounded more like a soccer call by the Brazilian announcer.
It's a bad Friday morning to wake up at Milwaukee 😡 can't imagine being up 2 in the ninth and still lose to those Miracle Mets.
BACK TO BACK..... became a BROKEN BACK
Pitchers: Please do the high-five with the non-pitch arm.
The announcer for the brewer's seems like he was about to cry when Pete hit that homer.😭
Winker has to be resigned, true gamer

Mets might not be the best team in the running, but they have proven that they can beat these powerful teams ie Yankees, Phillies etc.
Amazing Mets is back!!!
The Phillies are in for trouble.
Mendoza, get rid of that bruno guy, he will definitely blow the win and series for the mets. Sit him down for the rest of this season PLEASE.
