My theory is that Aria is a patient at Radley and she has multiple personality disorder as well as schizophrenia and she thinks she's all 4 liars. Did Aria actually come home to Rosewood from Iceland or has she been at Radley the entire time? The other characters are all in Aria's mind and are inspired by patients at Radley. Bethany/Cece/Kate are all nemeses in her mind (and real patients at Radley) and her hatred for them is triggered for her by their blonde hair which is all she saw of the girl kissing her dad in the first episode (Meredith) which happened at a time when she was just starting to mentally break down. Alison was her friend and she killed her. The drinks messed with her medication and she killed Ali (triggered by the blonde hair) and then felt confused about what had happened. That's when she was admitted to Radley. Any scene with all the 4 liars discussing and debating things is really just Aria's own tormented thoughts. If you re-watch the first episode with this theory in mind it kind of works. Just forget about all the crazy details that happen from that point on cause it's pretty much "all a dream". What if the last shot of Pretty Little Liars is Aria in a mental institution playing pretend with her four dolls Emily, Hanna, Spencer and Alison. Also, what if Byron married Meredith in Aria's real world and she became her step mother and in the end it is revealed she is A.D. Something I noticed was that MEREDITH = IM THE RED. Producers said Uber A is in the pilot, she is in the pilot. Maybe A.D. isn't even a person. A.D. = Aria's Delusion/Dream.
I also think that Alison and Beach Hottie have a child. Alison lied to Cece about not being pregnant and could it possibly be Eliza? That's why Cece often visited her and gave her the dolls. However, maybe it was actually Alison who visited the girl using Charlotte's name instead of her own and that might also be why Eliza thinks that the blonde doll whose name is Alison looks like Charlotte.
I also have another prediction what if Spencer plays the board game again and then her reward is Yvonne is killed at the hospital and A.D. is like I'm doing you a favour.
