✅ La Casa Estrecha (The Narrow House)
IF YOU FIND YOURSELF WALKING the streets of Old San Juan, you may be surprised to come across an extraordinarily slim, two-story house known as La Casa Estrecha. Measuring a mere five feet, three inches across, the house was once a neglected alleyway before it was transformed into a habitable abode by architect Antonio Álvarez.

    ✅ Pigeon Plaza
Found right next to the historical Capilla del Cristo in Old San Juan, this park's name translates to "Pigeon Park" and it is called this way thanks to the many pigeons that call it home. The park is especially beloved by children who enjoy feeding the pigeons.

    ✅ Fortaleza Street (Umbrella Street)
One of the more famous streets in Old San Juan is Umbrella Street. Situated on Fortaleza street (Calle Fortaleza), towards La Fortaleza (the governor’s residence), is a colorful display of umbrellas in the sky.
    ✅ Anita Gelato
Anita’s world-famous boutique ice cream had modest beginnings in a small Mediterranean kitchen, almost 20 years ago. Mama Anita, with the help of her youngest son Nir, would whip up tasty frozen treats for friends and neighbors.

    ✅ The Famous Piña Colada
The sweet mix of coconut cream, pineapple juice, white rum, and ice was born in San Juan, but the identity of its creator is still an unresolved controversy on the island. Three different bartenders claim the invention as their own.

✈️ Like your vid. The name Muñoz is pronounced moon-yo’s, 🇵🇷 The tilda sqigglie above the n makes all the difference. For example, the town of Añasco is pronounced ahn yaah’s coh. 🌱

Piña Colada was not originated at Barrachina. They’re a fake tourist trap. The drink originated at the Caribe Hilton Hotel. Also, there are better coladas all over San Juan…
