I've been searching for a free alternative to Moho and I think this is the best looking one I've found. I see bone rigging is available. Does it have switch layers?
Nothing labeled as switch layers, but I have figured out a workflow that is very similar to them. I will see if I can figure out a video to show that process, been thinking about that for a bit.
I figured it out, the default layer is raster, so you have to create first a vector layer. then only, paint brush toolbar will have a snap button feature.

Could you please draw Dipper (and Mabel if you got the time) from Gravity Falls? Also, it would be really cool if you made a Discord server or something. Great job btw! Trying out Tahoma2D (and making animations) for the first time and your video is really helping out!
Snap should be located in top Tool Option bar, if you do not see it check in the Panels menu and turn it on. Certain tools benefit from Snap, I hope this helps!

when i use the vector for shading it doesnt work i did it the exact way you did ,do know anything that could fix this

I have tahoma 1.2, and I can't find where I can toggle snap. Do you know where it is?

I had a similar issue with 1.3. The reason is that Snap (and other options) shows only on "Vector Levels".
