@@juggalove420910 I was actually busy working on it right now. The frequency you want to get only depends on the size capacitor and resistor values you are using. According to the formula: f = 1,44/C(R1+2*R2)... NB:this is for Duty Cycle greater than 50%
What Voltage are you putting in?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you can input from 5V to 15V.
