A bit late now, but if it helps the Deer Lord got a big buff in an update. He's still rather slow... initially. But remember his ability to travel through walls? He now gains a MASSIVE burst in speed while doing that, so you're pretty much forced to keep him close by and be very mindful of the walls and corners - moving recklessly with him now will get you killed VERY quickly. He will pick up a huge amount of speed if his model so much as grazes the walls.
Three years later. I think Food Demon might actually be a reference to World of Darkness. A Gothic Punk TTRPG. One little lore thing is that there exists in the WoD setting an evil fast food company that puts Demons into their Burgers.
Been watching Wambu and yours videos on this constantly. It wasn't until I saw someone do a 3 hour playthrough until I realized that Wambu ONLY put in small clips of the monsters and just how much more terrifying they are! The 2 hardest and most difficult is The parasite and Ben The Puppet Guy! The parasite walks sooo slowly, the chase scene is VERY long to it instantly slows down the game and it takes about 15 minutes and walking just 4 feet away from it turns it into the fasts leech one! With the puppet guy you don't just have to watch him to make sure he doesn't attack you but his strings sends him up into the ceiling AND HE CAN DROP DOWN ON YOU AT ANY MOMENT WITHOUT WARNING SO YOU HAVE TO WATCH AT A 360 DEGREE VIEW TO MAKE SURE HE DOESN'T KILL YOU!

you know what would have been a cool mechanic for the siren? (9:47) if when the player is on top of a box, you could hear the siren singing, and that would slowly deplete your stamina. once you run out of stamina, your character starts slowly wading through the water towards the siren; while in the water, the siren stops singing and your stamina starts to recover. then you won't regain control of your character until either the siren attacks you, or your stamina fully recovers.

For the final boss I thought it would be specimen 1 and all the cutouts are on a creature with millions of tentacles and has a cutout on each end and then you have to use the axe to cut through the tentacles to get to its face ( it’s weak point)
I don't think so. I think it's 1. It's so big. 2. The way it's legs are animated. 3. It's so freaking fast! 4. It likes to ambush and I am easily scared that way.
