In this case "somebody's waiting for you... I'm waiting" that she would cross long distances just to save you. "When your heart is too heavy to hold, and you can't find the words to tell me", Also she's saying bad days will pass. That's why they're reunited at the end of the video, and that the video shows differents climates, distances. at the start the boy with the trees are drinking water drops, and looks tierd.. so i guess they're pointing to some kind of challenges? You would have seen this if u watched the video and the song at least to times after your first reaction, or payed a little more attention to the video haha.
