Girl, I’m so with you on Camu Camu. Loved it so much when I started with Scentsy and I also like it bette than Skinny Dipping but it’s not wowing me anymore.
Love your what you’ve been warming videos! I really like It’s Love, too, but just couldn’t smell it enough in my bedroom so I removed it from my club. I did buy it in body lotion in the clearance though :) The brick performance is a little concerning. I didn’t notice in skinny dippin or coconut lemongrass. I haven’t purchased a blue grotto brick, though. Thankfully we aren’t with Rogers so the outage didn’t affect us, but a crazy day for many!
Yeah, poor It’s Love 😬 it is REALLY good in the body cream though 👍🏻 I’m not sure why the scents would be lighter in the bricks either 🤔 I’m almost wondering if the brick was just more freshly poured? All weekend things were in and out due to the internet issues 😬 it really is amazing how many things rely on it!
That is so funny! I couldn’t get enough of it at first now I can enjoy it but it’s not one I reach for often 😕 Amazing how our noses change. Did you know you can actually improve your sense of smell? So maybe that what we’ve done 🤣 gone and upgraded our sniffers 👃🏻
@@AlexandraWaxwithAlex I didn't know we could improve our sense of smell. I know we can lose it. My mom lost hers a long time ago when she was pregnant with my older sister and never got it back. It would kill me to not be able to smell. I love scent so much.
Feelin Punchy, I also struggle to get through, i dont want to warm it 😕🙈. I mixed Lemon Drizzle Cake with Cinnamon Buttercream and it was like a lemon cheesecake, much better🤗. Canadas phone outage made the news here, I read about it a couple of days ago, hope its all sorted now 😊
Yes, feelin’ punchy is a struggle 😬 I feel the same, I think oh I should use it up but then I sniff it and I’m like, ohhhh noooo 😆 Ooo, making lemon drizzle cake more rich would definitely improves it! I’m kind of happy it’s done 😅 Really? That’s funny, odd what news travels 😂 Thanks Katie ☺️
I really liked lemon coconut chiffon and the Angel bar this week. I’m trying to get through the pink poinsetta brick and I’m not a fan so that would be my fail
Thank you for sharing your Fav and Fail! 😄 Do you feel Lemon Coconut Chiffon is similar on cold+warm, or did it come to life more when you warmed it? Angel is a good one! Sometimes I liked whiffs from that Pink Poinsettia and other times it seemed more flat and floral… Thank you for sharing! ☺️
@@AlexandraWaxwithAlex hmm, I think for me lemon coconut chiffon came alive on warming. I really didn’t care for the holiday bricks last season except for spiced eggnog. I definitely won’t be picking up more fluffy fleece or even the vanilla cinnamon maple this fall/winter. I think I’m picky lol!
@@michellecoish3647 I didn’t particularly either, I was thinking Vanilla Cinnamon Maple would be right up my alley and worried about Spiced Eggnog - ended up feeling the other way around 😆 You know, I haven’t smelled Fluffy Fleece, and from the reviews it was probably going to difficult for me warm. I won’t be picking any up either unless I happen to get through a whiff box or something!
@@AlexandraWaxwithAlex if you do pick up the fall/winter testers then you will be able to smell fluffy fleece. I had to mix it with vanilla bean buttercream. Still have half my brick left… ugh! I much, much prefer Jammy Time!
People use a different amount of wax when using a brick. It’s the same wax, one is just hand poured. I think the amount of wax is the issue. They could be using too much when they use the brick cubes.
Yeah, I truly thought people were just going a bit crazy! 😜 but now I’m wondering if something else is at play… not that I think they use a different amount of oil but maybe that for the amount of wax in a brick, perhaps it does need cure time? Or there is a difference in how the oils and wax get into the clamshell from the machine vs. hand pouring 🤔 I have to say they both smell normal on cold - not weak or diluted… 🤷♀️ It’s hard to tell because it’s not like I had a bar of either to compare in the same environment 🙃 Thanks for commenting 😊
Well, actually in my case I was using more wax than I normally do 😅 I had put the equivalent of 4 cubes in my polar panorama (which I normally use 2-3) and I put the equivalent of 3 cubes in my stone leaf warmer (and that one is usually 2-3 too) so I’m not sure that it would be the amount of wax in this case 🤔
@@AlexandraWaxwithAlex other than that I’m not sure what it could be because it’s the same wax that’s in the pour machines at home office so idk that’s odd.
Which one did she say smelled dusty? I kind of remember her saying that, was it about Feelin’ Punchy? I don’t know about dusty to my nose but something is just a bit too harsh/tangy. Do you like that one?
F-F is good 😊 I really enjoy your videos! You bring a great break from all the chaos in the world with your cheerful personality!
That is so sweet to say! 🥰 Thank you! (which scent are you referring to? Now I’m curious 😆)
Hi Alex! Great empties video. I enjoyed warming Coco Nuts for Coconuts with Kukui and Coconut in alternate warmers. It was soooo nice.
Mmm! They’re both such warm summery scents that would be👌🏻! Thank you for sharing 😊
I have that mini warmer in my kitchen but I don’t melt wax in it. I also have the Tin house warmer out right now!
I really like the little houses 🏠😅 it’s definitely a theme I do quite enjoy.
Do you not melt wax in the mini because of the opening?

Yeah, not that I dislike it I’m just not wowed, that’s a good way to put it 😄
Thanks ☺️
