  • One of those times I decided to spontaneously record a piece I hadn't practised or danced in a while. While muscle memory helped me remember most of it, there were places where (as you can see), improvisation was needed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Another note to self - work on an old piece every day to continue to strengthen the muscle memory. No amount of protein or protein supplements can feed the memory part of the muscle 😛 .
