I bought and stayed in a Condo but l still prefer and will buy a landed home, especially for retirement purposes.
之前很常去那里玩，真的很美，很舒服，bbq 那part 也是有好看风景。可是我还是喜欢landed。如果我老了孩子长大了，我会选择它
the wharf是每次我去美里都会住的apartment。真的很美，又是海边的风景。
在KL住了几年的condo, 还是喜欢landed house....
在美里住太久有地住宅 来到大城市生活后 反而更喜欢住公寓。

@@hernleong think about it.. you spend 1 million for a tiny apartment with no more room to grow but your family is growing.. you will out-live your apartment soon.. while on the other hand, if you spend 1 m on a house ie landed property it will allow you to grow n renovate n expand accordingly.
@@hernleong condo management can increase the maintenance fee whenever they see fit hence you are not in control.
@@hernleong last but not least, if you’re staying in the middle of the block, you are sharing all four walls n your ceiling and your floor with ppl.. no privacy n the noise pollution from next door n upstairs n downstairs will soon be over bearing and yet you can’t really do much about.
@@hernleong I know this is a paid promotional video by the apartment but however I am only voicing my own humble opinion which I think a big majority will too share my view. That’s why most of the apartments block are halve empty or worse.
