Hello... I just stumbled across one of your videos for the first time yesterday. I looked through your collection of videos, definitely very interesting. I think you and I are quite the same... both history buffs, and explorers.. just from different areas. I live in southwestern Michigan, just a couple miles inland from lake Michigan and 7 miles north of the Indiana border. I've explored down in your area many times over my lifetime. Your videos definitely give me some new insight of things to look at when I'm there next... I was planning a trip this weekend, since I got so many tips off your videos of places I haven't been to yet. 😅... If you ever want to make a video of things up in my direction, let me know I can give you some tips of historical and geologically interesting places near me. I watched several of your videos, it'll take me a little time to look through all of them. Especially useful are the ones about using the public land survey system, and the website you found those old maps on. you know how it goes, I've got tons and tons of old maps of my area, but it's always interesting looking at maps from years I haven't seen yet. Also that colorized topographic map video was very interesting. Keep up the good work 👍
