Appol i have a doubt, which implant is better, steel, titanium or ceramic... കേരളത്തിൽ ഏത് ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ ആണ് better for TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT... പല ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ ലും പല RATE

I am suffering from hip joint pain for 5 months
I take medicine for five months in reputed bone and joint hospital but no relief in pain
I done MRI shows Trochantric Burists
Also I done tests
HLA_b27=Nagative
Anti CCP =Nagative
RA factor =5.1
ANA=Nagative
CBC=Nagative
TFH=6.8
I am 17 years old of 12th class student
I am not able to go school
I am not able to walk properly
Tb Gold=Nagative
No AFB seen in Sputum
Chest X-ray is normal
Last tym doctor give me injection of trochantric burists
Depomedrol 40mg
Little bit of relief from pain
Please sir tell me what to do

You are really Good doctor i have seen. I have seen almost all videos you uploaded. I have question i seen in this video his flextion is limited is it curable? I have a friend who had a hip replacement 4 year years back, he have flextion limited 90 degree. Did have any suggestions how to regain hip flextion. For some reason he can't visit to his doctors. Your advice can help him. Local doctor said it’s too late to regain hip flextion. Thanks in advance. Keep up good work. God bless you.

I, VinayJaiswal, age 33, suffering from Ankylosing spondylitis since 2003. My spine and shoulders are fused. Due to fusion of both hip joints, i had both hip joints replacement surgery (implant of De Puy ASR company) (metal on metal) (cromimum and cobalt metal) in January 2008 in king george medical college ,Lucknow by orthopedics surgeon . From year 2008 to the year 2018 i had no pain in artificial hip joints but from year 2019, i started feel pain in both hip joints. i went to S.G. P.G.I, Lucknow where Dr. of immunology department recommended me revision surgery of both hip joints as soon as possible due to osteolysis in both hip joint region bones and referred my case to orthopedic surgeon..Then I went to,orthopedic surgeon of king Georg medical university Lucknow and he referred my case to Aiims...
