Vigan Royal Bibingka Recipe😍
500g glutinous rice flour
350g to 400g white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
400g coconut cream
2 cups fresh milk
5 Large whole eggs
112g melted unsalted butter

I'm making your recipe at the moment but i used my cupcake liner instead😅 and i used less sugar (3/4) as i don't like it sweet, i add on pure Vanilla and triple cheedar to enhance the chessy tastes.😅

ilagay mo siya sa pinakataas na rack ng gas oven mo mam mamula siya medyo matagal lang sa gas oven steady lang po kayo sa 350F na init
Natry ko na po. Hindi lang sya mukhang masarap. Legit na masarap po.

This is not the traditional royal bibingka.. Ingredients and baking techniques are very different.. But it still looks good and yummy..
so you mean mam seniorita dulce, marshas, and sister pasalubong center are not aunthentic in ilocos this is how they present there royal bibingkas
