An easy way to get items from the shop is to just steal. Grab all the tires at spawn and attach them to your car. Then once you are at a shop attach them to the end of your car in a line formation then weld anything you want to the last tire and voila free stuff

I attached a part into a dead mutant, then attach other part upper the previous one,pick up the previous,attach to mutant again and pick it up again, the mutant will be picked up by you
Try welding it in a car to move them, (it'll be harder to run the car since mutant are glitchy)
