@@infinity-gn9xq yes, in that interview where they didn't, Ezra pointed out that that was the only interview where they didn't coordinate their outfits.
She is the best interviewer for Ezra! She can keep up with his wit. He even said, he likes her! I would love to see a full interview with just those two.
Ezra's wrong in the films everyone pronounces the t in voldemort. Also Stephen Fry pronounces it in his readings for the audio books which I am currently listening to
@@A_4814 It depends though. I read an article where the author recalled seeing the West End play 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child', in 2017, where all the actors pronounced Voldemort with a silent 't'. Jim Dale changed his pronunciation on the audio books for the US market. Prior to the release of Philosopher's Stone he pronounced the 't'. Stephen Fry has always pronounced the 't' on the UK audio books. Pottermore had a feature about Voldemort and the pronunciation. The 't' is silent as in the French word for death 'mort' and this gives the final syllable in Voldemort a more poetic and dark connotation.
@@dickieOiRed_07 My comment wasn't stating whether either pronounciation is correct only pointing out that Ezra said "In the films everyone says Voldemore" which is incorrect
This Cast really has People who match eachother, I think so at least. I am not sure if others could cope. On the other hand as an actor you prpbably are and have to be able.
IceMetalPunk I think Barackus was referring to the seventh book where the ministry/Death Eaters tracked the order of the pheonix by them saying “Voldemort”
@@j1407bmoon I sware that in some other interview that he had avada kedavra write on his hands so maybe he just washed that off and well it was a lot of ink so it would have taken some scrubbing
I thought they kept the "t" in "Voldemort" in the films too, but then I was like "what about glottal "t"s?" Did Ron, Harry or Hermione slip into glottalising their "t"s in later films and maybe that's what Ezra's hearing as "silent"?
I think you're right about some actors/characters glottalising their Ts. I think I remember hearing Voldemor' more than once... Need to rewatch to make sure who though...
I have to disagree with Ezra on this one. In the films they say "VoldemorT", not "Voldemor'", and Jim Dale actually did both--for the first 3 books he kept the 'T' silent, but then for books 4-7 he pronounced it "VoldemorT." (Yes, I am a total Potterhead).
Beth, please actually read my comment before responding next time. I am aware Rowling meant for the T to be silent-but my comment had nothing to do with how it’s SUPPOSED to be pronounced, but rather on Ezra’s memory of how they chose to pronounce it in the movies and audiobooks; he was incorrect that they say “Voldemor” in the movies (they said “Voldemort”) and that Jim Dale always pronounced it “Voldemort” (he only did that for SOME of the books).
Ezra Miller and Claudia Kim look like they coordinated outfits
redsands1001 all the interviews I have seen.. I saw only once whr they didn't match.. Nd I have seen a lot of interviews...

I love this cast so much! Ezra Miller seems like such a fun person to hang out with!
Isn't he Flash-y, too?
They misspelled Grindelwald. They wrote "Grindlewald"

JK Rowling said the 't' in Voldemort is silent.
Dickie Oi she said it was intended to be silent but everyone pronounced the T so now it has become that

THEY SPELT GRINDELWALD WRONG. ITS ‘GrindELwald’ not ‘GrindLEwald’ IT LITERALLY SAYS IT BEHIND THEM
wait... if you pronounce voldemort wrong, would the curse on the word not work?
I mean, since there's no actual curse on the word anyway....
IceMetalPunk I think Barackus was referring to the seventh book where the ministry/Death Eaters tracked the order of the pheonix by them saying “Voldemort”
Oh, it could be :O
Dun dun DUN!!!
I dunno.
I love the fact that the name Grindelwald is german and nobody pronounces it like that 😂😂😂
I love this cast
Yasss!!! I love your interviews, Maude 😊
It's RUMBLEROAR
HES A LION
WHO CAN TALK
Or RUMBLEROAR!
Why are Ezra Miller's palms red?
Because he just Avada kedavra-ed someone before the interview.
Haha!

Exactly how much Maude-incoherently-screaming-with-excitement has to be edited out of the final cut of these interviews?
From the book (the original source) It's Voldemort! It's french Vol de mort and means theft of death!

ah...finally. the interview you talked about in Only Stupid Answer podcast. i could see what you were saying back then. good job bossbomb.
I would love to be interviewed by you if I made movies/shows, you're so much fun and pleasant during them.
Dan and Ally are my favorite oh my goodness
The background music is louder than their voices...poor editing skills -_-
Sorry but I hated Fantastic beast 2. I couldn't stop dozing off
