I really like them and vouch for them! They dont help with equalisation that I have noticed (or hinder) but keep more water out of your ear canals, which stops the salt water irritation and your ear canals tightening up and making equalisation hard/painful/impossible. Especially after a huge day or a few days of diving. Hope that helps!
