Honestly, I think the Gameboy sound better than the NES, because its Wave is much better, and it gives the composer more freedom than that triangular pulse of the NES :)
Although the LR35902 is a Z80-based CPU, it is incorrect to label it Z80. I know you put the text "Game Boy Cover" in the title, but the Z80 itself doesn't have a sound function so you'll have to correct it as "GB DMG" or "LR35902" next or now.
