Procore markups have hyperlinking tools to connect markups to other Procore items like RFIs, budgets, commitments, etc. so you can cross connect most anything within the Procore system.
Generally, you don’t “delete” projects from Procore, you mark them as Inactive, so they don’t display to staff, but the data is still available to Admins and for reporting. I suggest you do an Extract of the data to a safe location first, then you can go to the ADMIN panel for the specific job, and on the GENERAL tab, you can mark it as INACTIVE.
