No need for a camp fire for roasting s’mores. You can make your own in just one minute! Try this easy 1 minute mug cake!
Easy S’mores Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter melted
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 jumbo marshmallow
- 1/4 cup melted white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder for sprinkling
Instructions
1. Melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds
2. Add sugar and mix well
3. Add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, water, and vanilla extract
4. Mix well
5. Insert jumbo marshmallow
6. Microwave for 1 minute
7. Insert chocolate and graham cracker
8. Add melted white chocolate
9. Sprinkle cocoa powder
10. Enjoy!
