No just grind, but there's a way for you to have 10 percent more exp gain by consuming bread, you can craft it in the cooking station it last 600 seconds and also try to do some daily missions from the soldier girl in scrap town, you should have her there since your you're level 42

Captain jennifer gives you quest that gives high amount of scrap also, plus if the mission is too hard, you can always save before taking the mission then load if you don't like the mission
