We need to foster a winning culture and environment; to me, it feels like the players aren't as invested in winning as some other teams around the league right now.

The problem is Staley puts the team in horrible positions to win. He was bailed out twice from INTs on failed 4th downs this year. He’s getting Herbert injured every year and keeping him injured by putting him in dangerous situations. Remember last year against the Broncos. 16-16. Staley had 3 time outs. He lets the clock run to 1 second and tries a 70 yd Hail Mary with Herbert and he gets absolutely crushed in the mid section. Not to mention Herbert had bad broken ribs in that game. He blew a 27-0 lead in the playoffs. He left the starters in against the Broncos for 3.5 quarters in a meaningless game and the Bolts lost Mike Williams for the playoffs. Ohh and they still lost. He blew the Raiders game 2 years ago with 2 insane 4th down attempts on his own 20 and they missed the playoffs. He’s regressed going 5-9 dating back to last season. In that time it’s all wins over trash QBs and teams. Every single player that went from Anthony Lynn to Staley has regressed. Name one who’s gotten better? I can think of a dozen times Staley screwed up down the stretch to lose the Bolts a game, and I can’t think of a single game where his Coaching won one. He is the worst second half coach I’ve ever seen in my life. Every single game the other teams make halftime adjustments and shut the Chargers down. That proves to be me he is a stubborn know it all who thinks his scheme is unstoppable. Ie. Jaguars, 27-0 and press conference speeches.
