Sir मेरा नाम अभय है और मैं class 12th का student हूं । मुझे 1 साल से एंजाइटी है । और अब मुझे स्कूल में काफी डर लगता है । पसीना आता है , हांथ पैर कांपने लगते है , बोलने में दर लगता है आदि । और मुझे कई छोटी छोटी चीजों से डर लगता है । कभी कभी ऐसा लगता है कि मैं ठीक हो गया हूं पर थोड़ी देर बाद फिर नेगेटिव thoughts आना प्रारंभ हो जाती है । लिखते वक्त पूरी कॉपी भीग जाती है । बहुत खराब महसूस होता है । Please please someone help me and tell me how i recover from it 😢😢😢😢
