I purchased the template, and I’m thinking of using the September botanicals for it. Looking forward to making it. 😊❤

Love this! Could you please explain why you double score for instance on the first flap? Doesn't it bend the paper more with the extra spine? Is this all just regular cardstock? Thank you again so much!

Since Anna has not yet replied, I wanted to suggest that the double score on the first flap creates the 1/2-inch spine which is desirable because that section will contain dimensional tags, pockets, etc. which add bulk. Spines in general can make your folio "bend more" in that spot so sometimes reinforcing it with a paper strip might help. It depends on how much weight you anticipate the spine will have to hold. And adding outer and internal spines as needed prevents that bulging appearance in the final project. It looks to me like Anna used approx. 65 pound cardstock for this folio base. Just a guess. I use 32, 44, 67, 80 and 110 pound on my projects and am familiar with thicknesses. Hope this helps.
