If it's clever I may like it anyway, but I've heard more than one comedian make almost this precise joke, and it's just too easy a joke to make, unless you know why it was never called a 'famine' by anyone experiencing it. Then it becomes a difficult joke to make. The bit about Heath Ledger though, I liked.
