Koi’s r us. Lol
Chris I love your work. You are a big reason that I got into tattooing. My passion is Japanese art. I truly look up to you. Thank you for being inspiration for me.
If I’m not mistaken, in Japanese mythology the koi is actually represented fighting against the current to transform in a dragon. It symbolizes perseverance and determination. Can someone confirm?
This content is ending the GATEKEEPING in tattoo industry.
You make everything look easy to draw!!!! Thanks
Fish scales can seem like a nightmare sometimes. This helped a lot to see them as more of a criss cross pattern than circles. Thanks
Remember first hearing of Chris Carver in 2004 tattooing from east to west and as a left-handed tattoo artist it was invaluable for me to see him I’ve been tattooing for 14 years today May 18💯
You have to love how youtube is the closest to a time machine we have
"Beautiful Line Work!" Excellent Draftsmanship!
What i also found very impressive in this video is all the tattoos he has on his body are still looking so good
This video was beautiful. Garver is a real master.
Nice getting a tutorial from another lefty. Thanks y’all ✌️
Finally a tutorial with actual drawing! I just went thru several that were all just pasting already made art together from online and using procreate to edit them together. I use references but there is something about drawing and making your own ideas that just seem more valuable.
I love your art class videos. i learn so much from them.
So pleasant and relaxing to watch him do this
Beautiful sketching, and that you are left handed, so am I. I love your skills.
Keep posting these! I love them!!!
That’s a real masterpiece !
Nice to see another left handed tattoo artist. 🙌🏽
