It's not 1941. Dust bag is different from my other 1941 bag and no 1941 markings under either leather flap other than the indication that the material is leather.
I wish I could send you a picture of the stamp under flap of my bag. We have the small flap that the zipper is on , then the bigger flap under that side base of bag, is where Coach put the stamp. The flap underneath the one you touched on the bag,on the opposite side of your bag. There’s two stamps one indicating the leather & the other has an X with the numerals 1 9 4 1 in each section of the X. My dust bag was just the regular silky one. Not the heavy cotton bag from the past.
