Took me 13 years-13 years of being alone to realize that I was never actually alone.
When my husband and I first met and eventually married, we knew God came 1st in our lives. This brought us through our lives and we are older now and married 28 years! With God first, everything else falls into place. Praise be to God!

This song found me as I'm sitting in a hotel room, preparing for a surgery I desperately don't want. I have a unique phobia where I'm afraid of foreign objects in my body, and I have to have a hip replacement. A pound of titanium metal in my body I can never touch or pull out. Osteonecrosis at 31 with a total joint collapse. Hip replacements only last so long. I've also had a radical encounter with Jesus. I've given fear a lot of authority over my life, but that bridge. Your power is found in the roughest waters where I have no choice but to trust You. I'm in those waters, and if I can just give you some advice, find the Rock and brace for the rapids. Because when you decide to walk out of your kingdom and into His, it changes the course of the entire river. And it's worth it. My phobia isn't going away, but I know my God has a far bigger say over me than the necrosis, and He's way stronger than titanium.

This has been a difficult year and this song found me in a low valley struggling to to cling to hope. The roughest waters were surrounding me not unlike Peter walking out of the boat. This song helped to refocus my eyes on the Way and not the waves. Thank you for your ministry. Most of the songs I use leading worship are yours because they resound with my heart. May the Lord continue to bless you as you reach others living for Him.
