I tried your recipe today and am leaving it over night as am making it tomorrow morning. I'll let u know how it turned out. I took everything double the measures u have taken. This is the first time I'm making dosa. I'm so excited.
So here's my review. It turned out awesome and I'm gonna make it again. The only problem I faced was that the batter took a longer time to ferment due to the whether. It's quite cold here. So it took 4 to 5 hours extra to properly ferment. But otherwise it's a perfect recipe for set dosa.

Thanks for the recipe. Any specific reason for using mixer grinder? I remember you using wet grinder for idly making..If I use wet grinder.,wont it come out well?

My first preference for grinding idli/dosa is always "Grinder" ma'am.
But i do get lot of requests to show the recipe with mixer, so this time with mixer. But wet grinder is always "The Best"
