27:37 I have had to stay extremely grounded with many exercises, and very very gentle in myself... When things first started I had a Kundalini activation spontaneously. I had no clue what was going on is I didn't know anything about any of your stuff. And I quite honestly had thought I was dying. I in my head at least laid down to die... It took me about a year to figure out what the hell happened but I've still had things going on everyday and grounding is really the name of the game... But it was extremely intense at first, so anybody reading this that Navy's going through this, because you're very unlikely to find help within your medical community. Even though it is a very tangible recordable medical thing with symptoms. You probably won't find help within your medical community. So anybody may be going through this this region, just simply ask your subconscious every night before you go to sleep to be gentle. And it will.
See... I can already see a life wherein I abused the very powers I'm being asked to embrace... What am I supposed to do with that? Remember that I've grown since then, and ask that fail-safes be put in place?
