      Nice! We did end up lengthening the wires so that they fit better. Feel free to shoot us a DM on social media if you have questions or comments! Thanks for tuning in!

    BTW, I wasn't able to get a Badlands Sasquatch 2.7 with the radar etc., SADLY, as I bought it off the dealer lot. My ORDER will have the Lux package, and I will be needing this video's details on that subject, and so I am very grateful you included the bits on relocation and sensors. It's too bad the camera won't work, as I heard it was pretty beneficial from an off-roading perspective.

      We are planning to relocate the camera soon! Stay tuned and thanks for watching! 🙌

    Installed my jcroffroad winch plate today and it was a bear with the two inboard sensors, especially the drivers side. I finally had to extend it about 5 “. The wiring loom was some tough stuff to cut even using an xectro knife. After 5 hours everything work’s including the ACC
    Ordered a warn evo 12s now just waiting for it to complete the job

      Hello, Larry! We’ve been considering doing the same thing with ours to make life easier. But for now it’s working. Congrats on your new setup!

      Ha! We seem to be getting that a lot. Definitely fans, but not intentionally imitating him. Must be something with the name…

    Great video. Question... wouldn't it be easier to solder new wires to extend the sensor?

    • @blancobroncoadventures

      That is basically what I did in a roundabout way. Since recording this video, we did actually end up doing so. Thanks for watching!

    Does JCR offer sensor extenders to make it truly plug and play?

    Nice add - I will be curious as to how the ACC works. Also, how much does it impact the front camera view? Thanks

      Hey there, Kevin! Thanks for tuning in. We’ll be installing the winch itself in our next video with a camera view. We’ll let you know about the ACC!

      Hey there! Just following up after taking it for a spin today, the ACC works 100% normally along with the parking sensors. Very happy with this setup! You’ll find a camera view of the winch on our new install video (not much of a view at all). Camera relocation is definitely on the list. If you want more details, please don’t hesitate to reach out! Thank you!

    After you installed the JCR winch plate have you had time to test out the ACC to see if it still works normally, that is my main concern before I place my order for the JCR winch plate

    • @blancobroncoadventures
      @blancobroncoadventures  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello, Larry! The ACC works 100% normally along with the parking sensors after this install. We’ve used it plenty of times in the past couple weeks and have not had any issues with it. Thanks for tuning in!

    Does this winch plate block your adaptive cruise? Did you use a camera relocation kit?

    • @blancobroncoadventures
      @blancobroncoadventures  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello, Gary! Yes and no. It does work with the adaptive cruise, but we’ve had issues with it in the dark/cold, foggy conditions. We’re not sure if those are due to the winch plate or simply the harsh weather conditions! We have not relocated the camera yet, but are considering it. If we do, we’ll be sure to do an install video on it. Thanks for watching!
