Grass Skirt Part 2

Gertrude Amu takes bundles of sago palm frond fibers prepared in Part 1. She twists them and skillfully ties them onto a hand-crafted string waistband. Each strand is tied separately. Some are natural color and some were dyed with a natural yellow plant dye.
