Thank you very much, that's why I keep uploading both styles, so people can watch the one they prefer 😊
Speeded up was good, especially because the recipe is simpler than your others. Thank you!!!!
Yes that wasn't the most difficult one for sure eiei 😜Thank you for watching! 😊🙏
@Ratel_XL Tanker Amazing, I'm very happy to hear that!

Very nice and surprising to see asparagus in a thai recipe! Must be delicious with rice. Definitely a must-try!
Thank you Juhanne 😊🙏 Yes of course It is going well with steamed rice!
I had pad see eew last night 😂, i wish it had asparagus- i enjoy the crunch 👌😋 - mmm shrimp
Pad See Ew is one of Cy's favorite. Hey I should actually try Pad See Ew with asparagus, it shouldn't be bad at all !
You are so pretty and video quality is very good.. love the recipe
Thank you very much 😊🙏

Looks delicious!
yesss it's very crunchy and tasty! 🤤
Какая смешная 😉
Lovely
Thank you 😊🙏
Cy tried to speed-up a bit the pace of the video on this one. What do you think ? Do you like it like that, or do you prefer when it's a bit slower ?
Slow or fast, could look at that smile all day!
That's a long name for shrimp and asparagus 🦐🥦🥢
@@stanervin6108 Lol thank you Stan 😄🙏
@@stanervin6108 Yes it is, and I'm quite surprised Cy didn't add my numerous fails to pronounce it in the outtakes 😂
I like the fast paced 😬, the constant scene changes is keeping audience glued 👍😎
hi, another great video.. i enjoyed the pace of the video because this recipe doesn't have a lot of steps. for more complex dished i think a slower pace works great :)
Thank you Steven 😊🙏 Yes you are right, it's easier to make faster paced videos with easier recipes. Let's see with the next more complex one.
Ça donne envie. Ce que j’attends avec impatience à chaque recette c’est quand « Nin la gloutonne « tente d’enfourner sa première bouchée !
Et des fois, "Nin la gloutonne" a les yeux un peu plus gros que le ventre... 😂
I love asparagus.
An introduction?! That's new.
And I absolutely love prawns.
Pace of the video should be up to what you feel comfortable doing.
If it ends up being 10 minutes long, I think that's ok.
Well now I'm hungry.
Poor camera man, I hope he didn't go hungry ^_^
I don't eat asparagus very often but I love it too!
Yes for the introduction and pace, we received some good feedback and thought that would be a good idea to work on that. Now for the pace it was easy because it's a pretty straight forward video, let's see with the next ones ^___^ And for Cy don't worry, I'm not a monster... 😜
Now that is one to try. Funny how he was protesting when you decided this was a no-sharing recipe lol!
Yes, simple and yummy, the best recipes 😉And yes he wasn't happy about that ahahah 😂 (but I still shared at the end ^__^ )
Wonderful recipe and thank you! Only thing I did differently is that I like my shrimp extra crunchy so I first cook it in canola oil (higher heating point than olive oil) over high heat. Then I remove it and lower heat and add the garlic and vegetables like you say. Then add shrimp right before the sauces. Both ways very good!
This is another great way to cook this dish. Do you mean you "over cook" your shrimps? or do you just cook it few seconds on the first round?
@@NinisCooking I want to get a charred taste so I only cook it for a few seconds, until it is about 80% done. Then I add it later (at lower heat with the vegetables) for the remaining 20%, before adding the sauce. Edit- By the way, sometimes I also do the same thing when I make Tom Yum soup. I will chargrill the shrimp in a wok and then add it later to the Tom Yum soup. The difference in texture and flavor is very good! :)
@@barryw2659 Very interesting point then! (I was afraid you cooked it a bit too much and for shrimps I really don't like overcooked at all). But explained like that.... I have to try!
@@NinisCooking Thank you! Let me know if you like it .
Wow nin another great recipe! I love asparagus except it kinda makes my pee smell! I think your channel is doing really well and all your hard work is paying off!
Thank you so much Dan 😊🙏 Yes this is one annoying side effect of asparagus lol (but still too good not to eat some!)
Very impressive/nice i learned so much from you if you dont mind😅
Thank you very much, and I'm very happy if I can learn you some cooking 😍🙏
That would be delicious! I love asparagus and that's the first Thai dish I saw using it. Very nice combination with the prawns and mushroom. I guess it would be a bit expensive though in Thailand because I think it needs to grow in a cool temperature.
It certainly is delicious Tim, trust me! 😉 And yes as I mentioned, I can't think of any other Thai dish with asparagus. It also is a tiny bit more expensive than other vegetables indeed, maybe because of the growing requirements as you said. But I'm not sure, I should try to actually get an answer to that!
@@NinisCookingI'm quite sure it needs to grow at quite a cold temperature so I guess they use maybe a factory with cold aircon or something like that. If it's only a little more expensive than other regular veges than it's definitely worth using it because it's so good. You should try cooking it on a grill as well or in a pan with some butter and a bit of salt and pepper to season. It's so simple and yummy
@@timotot123 Yes I will try kind of 'fusion' recipes with asparagus in the future I think, because I love it too! And off-camera, I will certainly try your recipes, sounds very good! 😋
@@NinisCooking Just check youtube for asparagus recipes because it's always cooked in that very simple way in Western countries. If you can use butter it will taste so good 👍👍
@@timotot123 I trust you and I will try it 😊
