Looks like the OP could spend a few minutes cleaning up his pad a bit, so as not to be pulling the material into his immediate work area. I'd make them drivers wait a few minutes, and let the other dumpers stack up in line while fixing myself a comfortable area. Working all cramped like that and piling your house with material stresses me out.
