getting a job is difficult part, it happens once in a blue moon when employer provides sponsorship to an international employe, I have been into this struggle since a long time, but no luck as of now, and it's not I am not capable enough :( But yeah I am still hopping for a sponsorship from my current employer from norway itself. If possible show us the list of employers who are open for Non EU employes

LinkedIn, Indeed, Google jobs, individual company websites, contact forms and LinkedIn handles, etc.

It depends on your employer and the job you're applying for. There's no minimum education for the visa as such.
