because gen 4 has two separate soundfonts. one used in DPPt which is similar in some ways to to gen 3's soundfont, and the other one used in HGSS which is a lower quality version of gen 5's soundfont. here's a good example of how close HGSS and gen 5 soundfonts are: th-cam.com/video/CNJLlh1IU2Q/w-d-xo.html
While we are on the topic of Jotho, I think it would be pretty cool to recreate the GS pokerap in the gba/ds soundfont. It's honestly quite shocking nobody's every recreated the pokerap in any of the soundfonts, at least that I've seen.
