I am usually great at making stories but was confused on how to start making one like, should I start with the names of the characters, then make the story or what and I was never able to make original stories as I have watched MANY gcmms and EVERY TIME I try to make the plot I think “these things happened in these gcmms” so with your tutorials and time I hope that I’ll start making good gcmms like you.😊

i have a gacha series called 'rockstar pop' and it's a lesbian gacha series where everyone has tail colors that show how talented they are...if you don't have high talent then you get outcast a lot and the two main characters are exes, one's a rockstar and one's a popstar and they're always fighting the popstar joined a secret evil group to kill the rockstar after they broke up using a potion made by the rockstar's dads talent and after giving her first dose of poison the popstar left the group because she felt awful and didn't wanna do it anymore there's a lot more to it that that and there's a lot of emotion and side stories and plottwists too idk if it's a good plot but i already have episode one and i don't have a lot of views 😭😭

Hey sakura, just like a very broad question. When do you start writing your scripts? Like will you be editing a video and start the next script idea or earlier? Or do you start writing as soon as your current project is done? I’m just thinking that if you wait til your current project is done, then you really kind of cram the writing or binge write a lot right?
It depends mainly on how i'm feeling honestly. Sometimes i'm excited for an idea but it takes so long to make all the excitement already went down the drain, and I itch to make something else. In other words, a messy cycle of unfinished products lmao >< I write multiple scripts at a time but focus on one, but I suggest to only make one script at a time-- or, just write the outline the basic scenes of the story (ex. 1. intro, 2. scene here 3. scene desc here) then go straight to editing instead of having to map out the dialogue :) Although grammatically its much better to write the full script in some notepad so you can see your spelling errors etc!
One day in my life I will be motivated enough to listen to this advice and finally make gcmms 😭😭 I'm gonna grab my lucifer oc and shove him into a story to satisfy my own delusions teehee !/j
i had a question if u didn't mind answering. how do you get the panning effect on your gcmms, like is there a specific effect you use and if so what settings do you use? hopefully this made sense 😅

In the editor I use I have to manually pan it, but it automatically smoothens the movement for me

yes, but i also use capcut! its free and has many more effects, the only downside is how slow it is to put the screenshots together
