    That was lovely. I was so reassured that many caregivers are irritable. I was a very longtime caregiver and afterwards I felt horribly guilty but it seems that it’s normal to get irritable.

    Yes, a lot of this made sense to me. I did watch your last three podcasts but I wasn't able to make my comments yet. I want to go back and listen to them again and pull them all together and and refer to them in regards to comments you have made specifically to me and make sense of all of it. It has been weighing on my mind for quite some time. So I will be sure to complete this exercise soon.
