Man I'm sure you guys have been working hard. There's so much to setup and other things I have no idea about. Hopefully everyone else feels the same.

Actual cost per shot is under $.15 cents each. The gun costs $199.00. It is regulated to give 45 full velocity shots plus another 40-50

Hey there Steve. Rick here. Cartridges are $11.50 each with 45 regulated, full power shots. Thats .25 per shot. Shooting past that point is certainly doable but you are not getting the full use of the cartridge once you fall off the reg and I'm not sure that it's accurate to count them as part of the value. I'm a fan and a supporter of the Komplete and the NitroAir system, (when many other airgunners are very critical) but I'm also going be fair about the cost for those that want to use it for hunting or consistent accuracy at range (50 yards and beyond) for target shooting. If someone is target shooting at a fixed 15 yards and wants to shoot 65, 75, or 85 shots, then they certainly get more value per cartridge. But let's agree to be accurate on the cost per shot on the reg based on the advertised "consistent" shot count. Again, it's a great concept and one that I hope becomes wildly adopted. I am a fan. One option for Gen 2 may be a power selector so that you can extend the consistency beyond the 45 "power" shots. If you had even a "high / low" transfer port switch or maybe a different hammer spring that was user swappable, you may be able to drop the power down to "field target" levels, i.e. 19 FPE and get those 60+ shots on the reg. Then the cost per shot would certainly be more appealing. Just a thought.
      Cheers

I have a gamo magnum.22, hatsan flash .25 and vectus.25… ($40 ebay)had hand pump last me 4 1/2 years and ($300 each)3 compressors last 1year 2 months. Just tired of paying for compressors this gun here is a game changer if you make a refillable cylinders you can hand pump to like 3000psi or the 3600psi.. hatsan had one back in the day but with long cylinders,Rex pistol had refillable cylinders but if you can make it Same size as these nitrogen cylinders lol now you have something everyone would by this

I started shooting air guns in 1960 and my new Komplete is the sweetest shooting ever.
When I'm in survival mode I don't want to lug around large tanks or compressors and at my age hand pumping is out.
With the Komplete in 22 it's one pellet one turkey dinner.🪶

Steel cylinders are very recyclable. No compressors last that cost under $3000.

Steve, this gun, in this form, doesn't do it for me. I like to shoot a lot at a sitting, when plinking, and that would be expensive with this gun because of the low shot count with the nitro carts. If you don't want to shoot a lot, I guess it would be okay. Shooting prairie dogs in your neck of the woods might make it worthwhile, but we don't have them in KY and all my guns are used on paper and reactive targets, most often. If the regulator (and I do believe it has one) were adjustable to lower the power and increase shot count, that would be a little better for my plinking use.
What does intrigue me is the possibility of seeing this in an arrow launching format. A "bow season" hunter won't need hundreds of shots at a sitting as he preps for the season and he/she will get all the power of HPA to make long lethal shots on deer sized game, without having to buy the HPA pumping gear. CO2 is fun with arrows in the yard in the summer, but it just ain't for hunting, especially in the fall/winter when deer and small game like rabbits are typically hunted. Nitrogen is used in tires, around here at least, because it doesn't change pressure much as the ambient temps change, so I assume that you could count on the same while hunting, unlike CO2.
Just my thoughts on the matter.
