No Zwag, folks aren't upset that Vanguard will "ban them for cheating", they're upset that a kernel level "anti cheat" utility is running when the game is not, an application that provides the vendor with unfettered access to the user's disc drives and memory, what they see, type, store, etc. Riot is majority owned by China (Tencent) and every Chinese company must adhere to the will of the PRC or risk a similar fate as the owner of Alibaba.
Riot's assurance "just trust me bro, we're GDPR compliant" isn't very convincing when they're doing this to stop "cheaters", which account for almost none of my ranked losses. Virtually all loses I've had have been from player/team diff or griefing. Xerath scripters mid are a thing of the past.
Valid point not gonna argue about them running it when the game isn’t running. But I doubt they will go through your info if that’s why there’s a privacy policy or am I wrong, if agreeing to vanguard means to go through my personal information without my consent than that’s a different story still even then it’s why I have a separate computer and gmail for that
60% attack speed gives Jhin +15% attack damage, and +24% moves peed on crits, and the 25% crit chance from PD adds on an extra +7.5% damage

I'm personally very for games using aniti cheat. I think the reason some people including myself is atleast sceptical of Vanguard is because it uses kernel access and for those that understand it knows that's quite concerning.
I completely uninstalled all Riot things from my computer. RIP league for me. I'm not giving them Kernel access to my computer for a game. There are other ways to accomplish what they want. I'm even writing my representatives about this. They think TikTok is dangerous, wait until they hear that the CCP will have access to nearly 30 million personal computers around the US and that's not a threat, ya right.

Yo, zwag, its counting ALL bonus damage on the item. Normally it would say "Bonus damage dealt to champions" but for some reason this one is simply "Bonus damage dealt." Weird

Wouldn't it be possible to build the Overlord's Bloodmail on Ornn, considering his Q scale quite nicely on AD and the fact that he gains 10% more health from the the items that gives him health. You could easily do a big Q, E and land some big AA. I don't think the brittle damage would scale tho since I think it scale on ennemy max health. But yeah, a build mixing Overlord's Bloodmail and hearsteel mainly, for the rest I would leave it to you but I think it could actually be quite good

i just tried it this item yesterday didnt even knew about this video XD pretty much same build but in aram and i built this item like third or fourth item and in that 1 fight i did 13k dmg by the end of the game i had over 60k dmg just on that item

Wildarrow twitch please. Wildarrow works with both high ad and as and twitch is one of the fastest attack speed adc in league and hurricane, his ult can apply the effect to the whole enemy team
T3 boots seems like a no brainer to add into the game
What happens if you build wild arrows with shadow flame? Will the true damage crit?
Unless I'm missing something, the Wildarrows say their burn is Physical damage which Shadowflame doesn't benefit. If there's a way to turn them into True then SF should yeah
wildarrows applys to minions too. so the numbers arent accurate, i had a 47k TF game on him and thought it was busted too at first
With that change on the escence reaver it would have been great if they made it a life steal item again

Because she ulted her tentacles become untargetable (can't be killed for the duration) and the hitbox becomes invisible.

Do those arrows apply on spell crits from Shadowflame?
The burn is physical damage and shadow flame only applies on magic and true damage
@@antonio4259 But will it apply it from the Liandry and Blackflame ticks when they crit? Since it is a stacking dot and with certain champs you could easily get 20+ crits from them...
@@dennisyoung6122 it showed in this video that it didn't app on abilities so I doubt it would apply the yun tal burn off the shadow flame crit for magic/true damage burns for that reason alone
