    Respected Teacher..
Three weeks ago When Iam searching for a speaking English fluency class which is done by prof. Sumitha Ray.. Very accidentally I could see your motivational video telling about true love and friendship. From this video .. I got many information and ideas about that topic After I that started to search your other videos too... and got the videos done by yourself.. Now I felt extremely happy . I proud of you for these kind of great videos and new information for me.. I do practice in some in my daily life.. Your smiling face and style of taking class is also appreciable. Thank you so much great teacher... ..

I started to watch his video to just improve my English, but now I am also understanding the purpose of life , I remember that when I was not aware about his video ,when I had lot of thought regarding of me,like what i am doing and what is my purpose, and how I will manage thing , but now I just got to know that ,when problem will come to you and that also will have solution , we just need to find that , and one another thing is , which I taught from here ,that if you won't change yourself ,you cannot grow in your life, change is part of life and pain is also part of life ,so keep talking ,pain and keep growing, one day will come when you will have you dream , so let's start , all the best 👍

Saadu saadu saadu! The Buddha speaks of things which are so important an dear to our hearts at the core. Joy, pleasure, freedom! We are chasing so many gurus on TH-cam these days, and the gold mine lies in these words! So wholesome, so clear, so true! Oh Buddha our supreme teacher, thank you thank you thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

a great recommendation! Daniel Kahneman's concepts of Level 1 and Level 2 thinking can provide a accessible and foundational understanding of the cognitive biases and mental processes that Buddha's teachings aim to transcend.
By grasping the distinction between automatic, intuitive Level 1 thinking and effortful, logical Level 2 thinking, one can better comprehend the underlying principles of Buddha's teachings, such as:
      - The nature of suffering and ignorance (avidya)
      - The role of cognitive biases and attachments in perpetuating suffering
      - The importance of mindfulness, awareness, and wisdom (prajna) in achieving liberation
Kahneman's work offers a scientific and secular framework for understanding the human mind, which can serve as a bridge to the more spiritual and philosophical aspects of Buddha's teachings.
By combining both perspectives, one can gain a deeper understanding of the human condition and the path to enlightenment, making Buddha's words more accessible and digestible.

As a student, I cannot focus on something for so long, and when I observe myself, I always have many regrets about why I'm like this. This leads me to lose my peace in my mind as a Buddhist. I'm so worried about why I just don't follow this path when Buddha has taught these amazing ways to make a wholesome mind. Thanks a lot for teaching us to live a happy life.🙏🏻🙏🏻

🍅So this is the magic word you need to search🔍.
Start with 🅰️, then "P", put an ⭕️ after it, then 💲, put a "T" after it and proceed to 🅰️, then "T" again ending the word with an "E".
      Give a space
Write "P" then ®️ followed by ⭕️ then P then "H", put an "E" after it and end the word with "T".

One can view Buddhism as a part of God's creation, the shared goal of both traditions: to bring light, love, and redemption to all beings.
In this view, Buddhism's focus on inner transformation, compassion, and wisdom can be seen as a complementary path to Christianity's teachings on love, forgiveness, and salvation. Both traditions aim to guide individuals towards a higher state of being, whether called enlightenment or union with God.
This perspective resonates with the idea of non-dualism, where apparent differences are seen as illusions, and the underlying unity and interconnectedness of all things are recognized.
By embracing both traditions as part of a larger tapestry, we can foster a spirit of understanding, respect, and cooperation, which is essential in today's diverse and interconnected world.
Work towards the light (awareness) and promot harmony between different spiritual paths!

Thanks for the video! I found curious that people complain about the Buddhist discipline precepts. In any journey, we have to follow a path. There are different paths to the same destination but trying to create new paths is usually much harder and tend to be a much longer path to the destination. Instead of complaining, I see choice and later true commitment must be applied to whatever path we decide to choose. Complaining and trying to have personal desires accommodated is not reasonable. It shows lack of preparation to start the journey.

Swamin wahansa, could you please make a video on how to live with people who break seela constantly? In dhamma pada the Buddha said to be alone if your company is bad. But what if you are unable to leave such people (eg spouse, immediate family members). How can we find a way to protect our sanity, safety, boundaries and not let these people worry us and distract us from feeling joy in life or walking on the path?

    • @j4n1czk4

I agree with you. It is a very interesting question and I believe that many people fight with this fact. There are so many toxic people around that sometimes it is hard to protect ourselves from them and then we feel exhausted, sad, ... I guess it is neccessary to keep working on meditation, our inner world and peace until we become so strong that those negative people cannot effect us in any way... and it is hard, it takes time and practice, but we can do it! ☀
